Lee Squared Inc. DBA Westshore Homes is a family owned and operated second-generation construction company. We are Southwest Florida natives.  We live, work, and raise our families here and are committed to serving our community with integrity. 

Chad Schuler, President, is a state-certified General Contractor, License CGC1525068, and was born and raised in Southwest Florida. He has been in the construction industry since 1994 and has been involved in the construction of hundreds of homes in this area for over 25 years. He is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida.

Tricia Murray, Vice President, is the office manager and is responsible for contracts, customer relations, and accounting. She is a native of Southwest Florida and has been in the construction industry since 1997. She is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida. 

Together, we guarantee you top quality workmanship, superior project management, one-on-one personal  service and attention to detail. 

Our service area includes: North Port, Port Charlotte, Englewood, Punta Gorda, South Gulf Cove, Rotonda, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Ft. Myers and all of Lee and Charlotte Counties.
